Beyond the classic ‘bosh some fizz in there’ Royale treatment, we like to also add a few fresh raspberries into this recipe

How to make

Shake vigorously & strain first 4 ingredients into a chilled glass, top with sparkling wine. Vigorous shaking is the key to a good froth
