Clean, crisp and not laden with any of that botanical nonsense, the Vodka Martini boomed when tipsy business men misguidedly decided that other people couldn’t smell the booze on them after necking a few of these at lunch

What you need
Serve in a Coupe or cocktail (Martini) glass
Garnish 3 olives on a pick or citrus zest
Ingredients
How to make

Fill mixing glass with ice, pour over vermouth & stir. Discard vermouth, add vodka & stir. Strain into chilled glass
