Sloe Gin Fizz

Bright, fizzy, and tart-sweet, the Sloe Gin Fizz is easy to make. It can also be upgraded via the classic ‘Royale’ treatment of swapping the soda for sparkling wine – although you’ll need to tweak the balance on the sours mix
