Pink Lady

A cocktail that is thought to date back to to the 1930s, this is a lovely looking, pale pink cocktail that tastes akin to a gin sour. A slightly different, creamier version of the Pink Lady that has been around at least since the 1920s, which adds sweet cream, also known as the Pink Shimmy
