Unmissable bright, vaguely artificial, but winningly tasty, the Midori Sour is an easy cocktail to like. We’ve let the Midori do the legwork of the syrup, to keep things tart, as well as adding a little bitters to give it some depth

Shake ingredients hard & strain all ingredients over a large ice cube
