Midori Sour

Unmissable bright, vaguely artificial, but winningly tasty, the Midori Sour is an easy cocktail to like. We’ve let the Midori do the legwork of the syrup, to keep things tart, as well as adding a little bitters to give it some depth

Serve in a Old fashioned (large tumbler) glass
Garnish Orange wheel

How to make

If using egg white or a foamer, dry shake (without ice) hard, then shake with ice & strain over a large ice cube
