Flaming Moe

A potent concoction in which we have omitted the children’s cough syrup

Add this cocktail to my menu
What you need
Serve in a Old fashioned (large tumbler) glass
Garnish Flaming rum-filled lime half
Ingredients
How to make

Shake & strain first 6 ingredients over ice, extracting juice from the lime using a juicer. Rest the lime husk on the drink, add rum & flame

The flame must be extinguished before the drink is consumed. Take care using open flames in a busy bar environment
