Dirty Martini

The classic Gin Martini is about fine, clean balance. With the Dirty Martini we smash through fine balances and into savoury umami, perhaps leaving some of the subtlety in the dust. Salty olive brine along with olives stuffed with blue cheese – or even anchovies – make for a delicious pre-dinner drink

What you need
Serve in a Coupe or cocktail (Martini) glass
Garnish 3 olives on a pick (option to stuff with feta or blue cheese)

How to make

Fill mixing glass with ice, pour over vermouth & stir. Discard vermouth, add gin, brine & stir. Strain into chilled glass
