Bermuda Rum Swizzle

The official national drink of Bermuda, this cocktail is a fruity, potent tropical mix of dark and gold rum, citrus juices, pineapple juice Angostura bitters, popularised by the historic The Swizzle Inn Pub and Restaurant. Here we’ve swapped Falernum for a simple sugar syrup

Serve in a Old fashioned (large tumbler) glass
Garnish Orange slice, pineapple wedge & Maraschino cherry

How to make

Build all ingredients over crushed ice, then churn rigorously with a bar spoon. Top with extra crushed ice as needed
