Army & Navy
The Army & Navy dates back at least to the 1930s when its name appeared in London’s Café Royal Cocktail Book. However, the drink gained true notoriety when it was published in David A. Embury’s 1948 seminal book, The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks. Embury famously called the historic equal-parts recipe a “horrible concoction” and reworked the ratios to give the gin and botanicals more room to breathe

- 25ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho
- 18.75ml MONIN Almond Syrup (Orgeat)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
