Believe it or not, Tom Cruise lied. That list of drinks in the ‘Last Barman Poem’ featured one or two made-up drinks to fit the rhyming scheme. Luckily, the bartending community us a creative bunch, so here’s a popular recipe for a fictional drink

Garnish 3 coffee beans

Shake first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass, top with a layer of cream, slowing the speed by pouring over the back of a spoon
