What you need
Serve in a
Toddy glass
Garnish
Oil from expressed lemon zest, crushed dehydrated strawberries
Ingredients
- 1 whole Egg
- 50ml Martini Bianco
- 12.5ml MONIN Cane Sugar Syrup (Syrop de Gomme)
- 6.25ml Strawberry vinegar
How to make
Shake all ingredients without ice, then add ice, shake hard & strain into a chilled glass
