Essentially the Malt Manhattan, the Rob Roy varies greatly based on the choice of malt. We chose Singleton as the cooked apple and brown sugar notes are a perfect match for Cocchi vermouth

What you need
Serve in a Coupe, Nick and Nora or cocktail (Martini) glass
Garnish Orange zest and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry

How to make

Stir with ice and strain into chilled glass. Cocchi can be substituted with dry vermouth or split 50:50 of each
