Pearl Diver

The Pearl Diver is a classic 1930s Tiki cocktail invented by Don the Beachcomber. It is famous for its unique velvety mouthfeel, which comes from a signature spiced butter and honey ‘Gardenia Mix’ – a tricky to make ingredient with limited uses
