Peach Bellini
The peach Bellini was invented in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of the iconic Harry’s Bar-Venice in Venice, Italy. He named the drink after 15th-century Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini because its soft pink color reminded him of a saint’s toga in one of the artist’s paintings. We’ve tweaked the recipe to include a peach liqueur to boost the flavour a little
- 60ml Peach Puree
- 10ml Archers Peach Schnapps
- 5ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho
- 125ml Ponte Prosecco Extra Dry
Shake and strain first 3 ingredients, top with Prosecco
