Pan Am Cocktail

A relatively recent creation, the Pan Am is an award-winning cocktail created by bartender Barney Toy that won the New Zealand Bacardi Legacy competition in 2015. It was inspired by the luxury travel and vintage style of 1930s Pan American World Airways flights

Serve in a Coupe or cocktail (Martini) glass
Garnish Drops of Angostura Bitters

How to make

If using egg, dry shake (without ice) hard, then shake with ice & fine strain into chilled glass
