The Nepotism is a mezcal and gin twist on a classic Mexican sour featuring fresh lime, agave, egg white or foamer and a lovely, fresh dill garnish

Serve in a Coupe, Nick and Nora or cocktail (Martini) glass
Garnish Sprig of dill

How to make

If using egg white or a foamer, dry shake (without ice) hard, then shake with ice & fine strain into a chilled glass
