A Tiki classic barges into the spritz trend with the Mai Tai Spritz. All of the lovely rum/orange/nutty-sour character is lengthened with bubbles – traditional method Cremants, Cavas or Champagnes are ideal, but we’ve used a more cost effective and recognisable Prosecco

How to make

Shake and strain first four ingredients into a chilled highball, gently top with sparkling wine
