How to make

If using egg white or a foamer, dry shake (without ice) hard, then shake with ice & fine strain over ice

Please note that Angostura Bitters contains alcohol. While foaming agents are a great alternative to egg white, they also sometimes contain alcohol to keep them shelf stable. Always worth checking if using in an alcohol-free cocktail!
