The Garibaldi is all about how you treat the orange juice – it must be freshly squeezed and whipped up into a frenzy in the blender

Garnish Large orange wedge rested skin down, on the glass

How to make

Blend the fresh orange juice on without ice to make it fluffy, pour into glass over a couple of ice cubes, pour in Campari
