Specifically created to be an easy to execute, festive cocktail for a broad range of outlets, the Christmas Manhattan is rich and spicy, without being overly spiritous. It can be built directly into the glass if desired, although the spirits benefit from chilling down

Shake & strain spirits into chilled glass, top with ginger ale & gently stir (if desired)
