A less fiery twist on the Brazilian classic, the Caipirinha, with a base spirit that is likely to find a bigger audience than the less familiar Cachaca base. Very easily gussied up with a berry or a puree

How to make

Muddle first 2 ingredients in the glass, add spirit with crushed ice stir & top with additional crushed ice
