A celebration of the finest Yorkshire produce. We source forced rhubarb from 4th generation growers, Robert & Paula Tomlinson in the world famous ‘Rhubarb Triangle’. Tomlinson’s forced Yorkshire rhubarb is gently sous vide with cane sugar to extract all the delicate & complex flavours before blending with British winter wheat spirit. The result is a spectacular aromatic, bright and candied fruit liqueur.
Mixer – 40ml Rhubacello 15ml vodka, 17.5ml lemon juice & 5ml sugar syrup to make a bright, fruity Sour
