Inspired by the teatime classic, the folk at Sipsmith Distillery in London have added sweet sun-dried lemon peels, vapour-infused, hand peeled lemons and lemon verbena to produce a gin with a deep yet delicate citrus character that gives cocktails and long drinks a lovely lemon twist.
