A solid base of Italian juniper, infused in neutral grain spirit for 36 hours, a considerable amount of its colour and character comes from the sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruits which are macerated, distilled and vacuum-distilled with the juniper distillate and five other botanicals including lemon, grapefruit, angelica root, orris root and coriander.
