About our Brandy and Cognac

All Cognac is brandy, but not all brandy is Cognac. While brandy is a cover-all term for a 35-60% ABV spirit distilled from wine or fermented fruit juice, Cognac has to be made in and around the French town of its namesake. It is, by no means an easy category to navigate, but by working closely with you, we can easily recommend the best possible brandy and Cognac to add to your menu.
