- 50ml Havana Club Especial
- 50ml Fresh apple juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 2 teaspoons of white sugar
- 1 twist of orange peel to garnish
- In a rocks glass add the sugar and bitters and mix together
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and Havana Club Especial and then stir
- Add the apple juice and stir again
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel
