INGREDIENTS

40ml Jinzu gin

40ml honey syrup

40ml pink grapefruit

20ml raspberry syrup

10ml lemon juice

40ml dry sparkling cider

Fresh raspberries to garnish

 

METHOD

Shake and pour into the Jinzu decanter

Top with cider

Served with Baransu glasses filled with ice and garnished with raspberries
